Losing Loved Ones

My dad died he was on 69 years old and it hit me very hard.

The impact of loss

Because of his death, I was having trouble at work. I was always arguing with coworkers and sometimes my boss. Not long after he died, I was not only dealing with mental health problems, but also other health issues. I had my gallbladder removed, and I found out I had a clotting disorder and thyroid disease. So one of my doctors suggested I see a psychiatrist, which I did, and he diagnosed me with depression and PTSD. I went on an antidepressant, I was making progress, although slowly.
