Susan Gonsalves lives in central Massachusetts and was diagnosed with depression and generalized anxiety disorder about 12 years ago. In addition, she has been living with chronic myelogenous leukemia since 2014. A career journalist, she is currently the editor-in-chief of a mental health publication, an education reporter at a newspaper, and contributes to the website as a writer and moderator. Read more.

Benjamin Lloyd runs bxlloyd consulting, a learning and development practice that uses the power of play and applied improvisation to support extraordinary teams, groups, and communities. He also continues to work creatively with people of all abilities, develop and perform in various shows, and lead classes and workshops. Read more.

Heather Loeb

Heather Loeb lives in Corpus Christi, Texas, with her two children, husband and six cats. She has major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, avoidant personality disorder, ADHD and substance use disorder. Due to her severe depression, she has had more than 30 electroconvulsive therapy treatments. She is proud of this because it led to her recovery, which has been a long, but happy, road. Read more.

Amanda Workman

Amanda Workman is a dog mom and writer from South Texas. As far as mental health is concerned, she lives with major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and complex post-traumatic stress disorder. Amanda also lives with chronic migraine, endometriosis, hypermobile ehlers-danlos syndrome, chronic fatigue syndrome, autonomic peripheral neuropathy, and chronic intractable pain. Read more.
