Image of AmandaAmanda Workman is a dog mom and writer from South Texas. As far as mental health is concerned, she lives with major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and complex post-traumatic stress disorder. Amanda also lives with chronic migraine, endometriosis, hypermobile ehlers-danlos syndrome, chronic fatigue syndrome, autonomic peripheral neuropathy, and chronic intractable pain.

Amanda found a passion for advocacy work in 2009. She hopes that through her advocacy work, she will be able to educate others and help everyone realize they are not alone in living with various health conditions. In her spare time, she enjoys everything to do with books. Amanda is also an advanced reader and reviewer of books for indie authors. She also enjoys music, food, and cuddling with her dogs.
