My Health Journey

Living with Multiple Sclerosis and Depression has taught me that coping is not about “pushing through,” but about learning how to adapt with patience and self-compassion. What helps me most is staying connected to supportive people, maintaining routines that support my physical and mental health, and giving myself permission to rest when needed.

Coping tools

Exercise, time outdoors, and mindfulness techniques help me manage stress and stay grounded during difficult periods. I also find comfort in learning more about MS and mental health and in connecting with others who have an MS diagnosis and who understand the experience. Over time, I have learned that recovery is not always linear, but small moments of progress and resilience continue to motivate me forward :)
